Everybody I talked to was super friendly and extremely helpful Mike Mathis the shop manager was extremely useful. The sales man went out of his approach to assist me do what I had to do. REALLY NICE!! EXTREMELY good experience at Dick Genthe Chevy. The waiting room really clean with the Detroit Free press to read and coffee. The creamer was empty and I asked a girl in the reception region about a new one. She was very nice and got me one correct away.
